Creating new entries
To add a new entry

You can add
By clicking the new company button, you will see the following:

Here you can enter the Client name, address, phone number, etc.
You can even define custom fields for what you didn't find in the default options.
Custom fields can be defined by clicking on the Custom field setup button.
Here you have 12 text fields and 4 date field you can modify.
There are two kinds of custom fields
Let's say you want to store the latitude and longitude of the client.
You need two custom fields for that:

After setting the two fields now you will be able to fill out the entry:

Tags let you group your clients. For example size, source, activity, supplier, etc.
You can add tags to your clients, by clicking on the add tag button at the tags list.

Here you can select existing tags, or create your own ones.
After choosing the tag, it will be added to the datasheet entry:

By clicking on the new associate button, you can add a new contact entry to the company record.
Here you can set the name, position, birth date, gender, etc.
There are some states that can be attached to a contact.
The active state show that the contacts is active at the company. You can remove this flag, if the contact is no longer working at the company. In that case he will appear yellow, at the contacts list.
If you click the checkbox, the contact will be inactive, and go to the bottom of the associates list and get brown color:
You usually set the main contact checkbox for the leaders of the company.
The'll always appear at the top of the associates list.

An individual is basically a entry with only one associate.
You can see a mixed company and associate edit screen if you create one:

The last datasheet type are Projects.
When creating a project you can set the project name and address information.
You can also set the start date, end date, and the budget of the project if you want to.
Project contacts are groupped.

As you can see in the picture, you must at least add one group before you can choose from an existing contact.
To add a group, simply click on the New group button.
The group chooser will appear.

Here you can choose from an existing group, or create a new one.
After choosing a group, it will appear at the projects page.
By clicking on the "+ New" button next to the group name, you can add your existing contacts to that particular group.

- Go to the Datasheets pane
- Click the appropriate button for the entry type you wish to add
