Datasheets pane
On the datasheets pane you can see all your datasheet entries or the result of a previous datasheet search result:
These entries can be companies, individuals and project.
You can easily determinate the datasheet kind by looking at the icon in front of the entry.
Companies have a factory icon, individuals have a face icon, while projects have a whiteboard icon.
By clicking on an item, the selected entry will open in a new window.
You can do a quick search by using the yellow quick search bar:

After setting the search request, click on the Search button to filter your records.
You can always show every record by clicking on the Show all button.
To do more complex searches you can use the advanced search option. For more information on this please take a look at the Searching section of this Wiki.
You can easily sort your found set by clicking on the appropriate header column.

The current sort column is gray.
The city, zip column is special.
If you sort by these you will see that your clients are also grouped by these values.
For example this is how a city sorting looks like:

To remove (not delete!) an entry from the list, simply click on the X sign at the end of the element:

At the bottom bar of the datasheet pane you can see a Mass actions button.

If you click on this the mass changes panel will appear.

You can use these functions to add or remove tags from the entire found set.
Ideal if you previously did a search and want to categorize the found set with a tag.
You can export and print your found set by clicking on the buttons at the search bar:
After that the list will be printed. The printed list is always sort the same as the datasheets list:
After that you can choose the destination and file format:

After that you can modify the field order, or add additional fields to export.
