History records

History records are the most important part of iDeal CRM.
It's basically a log of what you did to the client (eg. : writing an email, sending an offer, sending a promotion letter, setting up a meeting).

If you write all these informations in history records, you will be able to look at a client page and know exactly where you left, even if you haven't managed that client for weeks. So it's very important that you write everything that you do to a client into history records.

In the following picture you can see a sample history list:



By clicking on a particular entry, you can see all the details of that history record.
