New invoice
Make a new invoice basically means that you create a new Invoice history entry in the database. First find the customer with the search function or select it from the datasheets list.
After this, click on the "New invoice button".


After choosing the contact, you will see the new invoice window.
First you can change the default currency of the invoice by choosing the other actions drop down, and choosing "Change currency" from the dropdown:

You can add items to the invoice with the "+New invoice item" button.
The product chooser will appear:

Here you will see your existing products. By clicking on a product, you can add it to the invoice.
The new product window will appear:

Here you can fill the product name, price, currency, VAT, etc.
These will be added when you add this product to an invoice:

After a product appeared in the list, you can modify the price, quantity, note, etc.

You can get a preview of your invoice by clicking on the preview button.
If you find everything all right, click on the "Print invoice" button to print the invoice.
The "Print invoice" dialog will be pre-filled with the default invoice data but you can modify every field of this small window (Payment date, payment mode, issue number, etc) Check the pre-filled data and click on the "OK" button if you find it correct.

iDeal CRM will print the defined copies of this invoice to the selected printer.
You may decide that you want to print the invoice later.
In that case, choose the Save button instead of the print button. You will be able to edit, print this invoice later.
Printed invoices cannot be edited!

Adding products to the invoice, new product

You can register charges to the invoice in the "Costs" list as well. These costs will appear in the reports.You can get a preview of your invoice by clicking on the preview button.
