This fully functional trial version of the SUE will stop working after 30 launch. To continue using iDeal CRM after that, you will need to purchase a license. After buying an iDeal CRM Single User Edition license, you will receive a license code that can activate your copy, so you don’t need to download it again and you can keep using the data you have created with it.
Because the Single User Edition is an executable FileMaker runtime, you don't have to install FileMaker Pro software to use it. The Single User Edition can run on Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 and Mac OS X 10.5.7 (or newer) operating systems.
The database is stored on the user's machine locally in this case and the user has to make backup copies by own hands. The users can not share their databases to others with this Single User Edition.
The NCE version of iDeal CRM is already based on FileMaker Pro
database management softwares, because a FileMaker Pro software can share a single iDeal CRM NCE database for up to 9 other FileMaker Pro enabled users. Check out the FileMaker section for more information about FileMaker database management softwares.
This Network Capable Edition of iDeal CRM allows multiple computer users to access the same iDeal CRM database on a host computer at the same time. It is necessary to assign a host computer to share the iDeal CRM database file for other FileMaker Pro enabled users. The other FileMaker Pro enabled users need a live connection to this host computer while using its database. They can access to the host across the network or over the internet and they can add, change or delete information, print reports at the same time.
Any computer accessing FileMaker Pro files over a network will need to have a licensed installation of versions 10 or 11 of FileMaker Pro. FileMaker Pro 7, 8, 8.5 and 9 use the same file format as FileMaker Pro 10 or 11 but are no longer supported due to product obsolescence.
