Tags

Tags let you group your clients.

It is used when you want to store some information that have no input fields, or you want to see those pieces of information separately.

It's also often used when you want yourself or your co-workers to know about important things that wouldn't be easily noticed in the crowd of the other fields.

Adding tags


To add a tag to a client, simply click on the Add tag button while editing the datasheet:

There are some tags built into iDeal CRM. You can change the existing ones, or add new ones.
If a tag is changed (for example you change the name of it), it will be changed everywhere.
If you delete a tag it will be removed from every entry.


You can add tags to your clients, by clicking on the add tag button at the tags list.

Here you can select existing tags, or create your own ones.
After choosing the tag, it will be added to the datasheet entry:

You can add as many tags as you wish to an entry.
